Dr. Brady Hartman

– Doctor

Dr. Brady Hartman brings both a lifelong passion for dentistry and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care to his practice. He earned his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Saint Thomas before going on to receive his DDS from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. Brady spent many years volunteering in the dental field before pursuing his degree, giving him a deep appreciation for the difference that quality dental care can make in people’s lives.
Brady believes that every patient deserves clear, honest information about their treatment options so they can work together toward their individual dental health goals. He takes pride in meeting patients where they are, making sure each person feels heard, comfortable, and confident in their care. New patients can expect a warm welcome, a friendly smile, and a little conversation to help put them at ease from the very first visit.

What Brady finds most rewarding about his work is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on his patients’ overall wellbeing — because he knows that a healthy smile goes far beyond the dental chair.

When he’s not in the office, Brady loves spending time with his wife, Mallory, and their son, Barrett. You’ll often find him out on the golf course, enjoying a hunt, or simply soaking up time in the great outdoors.

Jolene

– Front Office Administration

Jolene started working with our Onalaska Smiles team in 2022. She really enjoys working with the team at here because someone is always making you smile. Jolene was born in South Dakota and moved to Wisconsin in 2000. She has four children. Prior to entering the dental field, she had always worked in the healthcare field working with insurance. She enjoys meeting new people and making connections when they come into the office.

Jolene likes to have everyone feel welcome when they come into the office, whether it be their first visit or they’ve been a patient  for years. She enjoys seeing the smiles on people’s faces when they appreciate their visit with their favorite hygienist. She always tries to make sure patients have all their questions answered before they leave the office. Jolene has recently taken up bicycling. She enjoys spending time with her family and making memories. She also loves to try new recipes.

Hannah

– Dental Hygienist

Hannah is a dental hygienist who brings a genuine passion for patient care to every appointment. Hannah earned her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Northcentral Technical College in 2025, and from the very beginning of her career, her focus has been on making a real difference in her patients’ oral health.

Hannah believes her role is about far more than just cleaning teeth. She takes pride in building meaningful connections with her patients and watching them grow and improve in their own oral hygiene routines over time. For Hannah, those relationships are what make her work truly rewarding.

She understands that visiting a new dental office can feel overwhelming or even a little scary, and she goes out of her way to help patients feel at ease from the moment they walk in. Her patience and compassion come naturally — she grew up in a big family with six siblings, an experience that shaped her into the caring and understanding person she is today.

Outside of the office, Hannah loves spending time outdoors. You’ll likely find her hiking, fishing, or camping whenever she gets the chance. She’s also passionate about staying active, always eager to try a new workout, and she enjoys watching sports — hockey, basketball, football, you name it!

If you’re looking for a hygienist who will make you feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, Hannah would love to meet you.

Amy

– Dental Hygienist

Amy joined our Onalaska Smiles team on a part-time basis in the summer of 2022 and became a full-time member of our staff in the summer of 2024. What first drew her to the field of dentistry was a desire to help others—to improve patients’ oral health and quality of life. When it comes to her approach to dental care, she knows that prevention is most important. From the moment she stepped into our office, she had a positive impact on our patients and her coworkers.

In addition to her knowledge and years of experience, she brings a welcoming personality, clear communication, and a dedication to the highest level of care. The things she enjoys most about working at Onalaska Smiles Smiles are our high tech modern office and her excellent coworkers. Amy enjoys working and living in our area. Originally from Onalaska, she currently resides in West Salem.

Tracy

– Dental Assistant

Our dental assistant Tracy is originally from Caledonia, Minnesota. After graduating from high school there, she moved to Menomonie, Wisconsin, where she lived for over 20 years before moving back to the area to be closer to family. She was first drawn to the dental field at a young age, after having a wonderful dentist as a child. She loves that her job allows her to help people achieve their best smiles.

An assistant for a number of years, she joined our staff in the summer of 2020 and immediately had a positive impact. One of her favorite things about our office in that we all work together for the good of our patients. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys gardening, biking, hiking, camping, boating, kayaking, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family, including her adult children, Jared and Courtney.

Keelin, dental assistant, standing outside the office in a black scrub jacket

Keelin

– Dental Assistant

Meet Keelin, a Dental Assistant with approximately five years of experience in the field. Keelin completed her dental assisting training at Western Technical College, graduating in 2021, and began her career in pediatric dentistry — a passion that continues to shine through in her work today. Keelin is drawn to dentistry because of the opportunity it gives her to make a real difference in how patients feel about their care. She approaches every visit with compassion, patience, and professionalism, taking time to listen to concerns, explain procedures clearly, and ensure each patient feels supported from start to finish. Her goal is simple: to leave every patient with a smile.

One of Keelin’s greatest joys is working with children. She has a natural gift for helping young patients — especially those who feel nervous — feel safe and at ease in the dental chair. Building those connections and creating positive early experiences with dentistry is something she finds truly rewarding.

When new patients walk through the door, Keelin makes it a priority to greet them warmly and help ease any anxiety right from the start. She loves building relationships and being a consistent, caring presence throughout each patient’s visit.

A proud local, Keelin grew up in the area and attended Onalaska High School. She loves calling this community home and enjoys everything the region has to offer — from its beautiful views to all four seasons. Outside of work, you’ll likely find her hiking, swimming, or catching some live music outdoors.

Emi

– Dental Assistant

Hi, my name is Emi! I was born in January and from Haymarket Virginia. Growing up as the daughter of a Navy father meant moving around the United States and experiencing many different communities and cultures. Throughout my childhood, my mother always encouraged me to stay positive, and that mindset continues to influence me both personally and professionally. I earned my Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts from Northern Virginia Community College in 2025 and my Associate degree in Dental Assisting from Western Technical College in Wisconsin in 2026. When it comes to dental care, my approach is to take the time to understand each patient’s insecurities and concerns. I want to help patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles while providing compassionate and professional care.

I contribute to the success of the practice by being a dependable team player and always being willing to step in and help wherever I’m needed. I believe in maintaining a positive attitude, especially during challenging situations, and supporting my coworkers along the way.

Outside of the office, I enjoy Pilates, especially heated Pilates classes. I love working on my core strength, balance, and overall wellness.

What I enjoy most about being part of this practice is the kindness, understanding, and acceptance everyone shares. I love being part of a team that encourages learning, growth, and development.

Our office is a non-judgmental free zone, where we truly care about our patients. Our staff and faculty work hard to make every patient feel heard, respected, and welcomed, regardless of their background or circumstances. We are committed to creating a comfortable environment where every patient feels valued and confident in their dental care.
