Administration & Customer Service

Jolene Hansen - Onalaska Admin

Jolene  – Front Office Administration

Jolene started working with our Onalaska Smiles team in 2022. She really enjoys working with the team at here because someone is always making you smile. Jolene was born in South Dakota and moved to Wisconsin in 2000. She has four children. Prior to entering the dental field, she had always worked in the healthcare field working with insurance. She enjoys meeting new people and making connections when they come into the office. Jolene likes to have everyone feel welcome when they come into the office, whether it be their first visit or they’ve been a patient  for years. She enjoys seeing the smiles on people’s faces when they appreciate their visit with their favorite hygienist. She always tries to make sure patients have all their questions answered before they leave the office. Jolene has recently taken up bicycling. She enjoys spending time with her family and making memories. She also loves to try new recipes.

Dental Hygiene

Kaitlyn Komay - Onalaska Hygienist

Kaitlyn  – Dental Hygienist

Kaitlyn is one of the newer members of our Onalaska Smiles team, but she has immediately had a very positive influence on her patients and her teammates. Originally from Onalaska, she graduated from Aquinas High School and went on to attend Western Technical College for Paramedic studies and later graduated from Northcentral Technical College in Dental Hygiene. She wanted to enter the dental field because of her desire to help people. She enjoys the satisfaction that comes from helping patients through a cleaning. Kaitlyn always has a nonjudgmental approach — she always meets patients where they are to help them to a healthy goal. Her friendliness, knowledge, and experience are all great assets to our team. One of her favorite things about working at Onalaska Smiles is that we have a small, close team that works well together in delivering the best care possible. Outside of work, Kaitlyn loves spending time with her husband, Micah, and their Goldendoodle named Beans. Some of her other interests include real estate investments and going to their family cabin in Rome, WI. One interesting fact about Kaitlyn: her great-grandmother survived the Titanic as a child.

Wanda Eno - Onalaska Hygienist

Wanda  – Dental Hygienist

Wanda joined our Onalaska Smiles team in April of 2021. She was raised in Elroy, Wisconsin, and moved to Tomah in 1994. After graduating high school, she earned her certificate as a dental assistant and later went back to college to earn her associate’s degree and her degree in Dental Hygiene. Wanda was drawn to the field of dentistry at a young age: As a child she loved to go to the dentist, and she was very fond of her hygienist. Wanda has contributed a great deal to Onalaska Smiles through her many years of dental office experience, including her work as both a front desk administrator and dental assistant. Some of her favorite things about our office are the fact that our employees really work as a team and treat our patients like family. As a hygienist, she particularly enjoys working with children. Outside of work, Wanda loves spending time with her family, including her daughter, three sons, and five grandchildren. Some of her favorite pastimes are quilting and watching sports, especially ice hockey: she was a hockey mom for 26 years, and now enjoys being a hockey grandma.

Dental Assisting

Our dental assistant Tracy is originally from Caledonia, Minnesota. After graduating from high school there, she moved to Menomonie, Wisconsin, where she lived for over 20 years before moving back to the area to be closer to family. She was first drawn to the dental field at a young age, after having a wonderful dentist as a child. She loves that her job allows her to help people achieve their best smiles. An assistant for a number of years, she joined our staff in the summer of 2020 and immediately had a positive impact. One of her favorite things about our office in that we all work together for the good of our patients. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys gardening, biking, hiking, camping, boating, kayaking, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family, including her adult children, Jared and Courtney.
